Human Resource Specialist
We are looking for an HR Specialist (Recruitment and Benefits) to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies, and maintaining updated employee records.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Administer health and life insurance programs
  • Implement training and development plans
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Monitor budgets by department
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team management skills
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR and PeopleSoft is a plus
  • BSBA in Human Resource Development Management or relevant field
Technical Support Associate
We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help our customers in architecting solutions to their business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify solutions to software, business, and process issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and configuration
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via video conferencing, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients

 

Requirements

  • Good understanding of computer systems, CRM, CMS, and other tech products
  • Ability to think through complex and abstract issues 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with video conferencing / remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Additional certification in HubSpot is a plus
