Customer Success Manager
We are currently seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly-motivated individual to join our team. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within assigned accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities. The CSM works closely with our customers alongside sales, development, and technical support teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully.
Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts
Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging HubSpot effectively and finding value in our services
Become an expert in HubSpot and educate customers on the use and benefits of the CRM
Work closely with sales, support, and other technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to the technical support team
Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth
Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes
Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a true team player
Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts
Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
Excellent multitasking and project management skills
Understanding of Internet and web applications with a desire to learn new technologies
Ability to understand and articulate business requirements
Must possess a proven understanding of business processes
Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Experience in working with CRMs is a plus
Technical Support Associate
We are looking for a Technical Support Associate I who will provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help our customers architecting solutions to their business problems.
Work closely with the project managers to think through and execute project tasks.
Keep the Project Manager continuously updated on the tasks assigned to him or her through the Project Management System.
Act as the secondary assignee for customer support.
Manage and execute main deliverables/tasks.
Good understanding of computer systems, CRM, CMS, and other tech products
Ability to ideate around business processes and use cases
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business-related field Certification in HubSpot is a plus

We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer who will be responsible for creating new applications, improving existing applications and collaborating with intelligent professionals to create backend processes, restful APIs, database queries, and web applications.
